Specializing in locally-sourced foods and seasonal menu planning, Head Chef Christina LeStage White works with you to create the perfect menu and plan a flawless event.

Hoosick Kitchen Catering operates out of the HAYC3 Armory, a 128-year old Romanesque-style castle in downtown Hoosick Falls. Complete with turrets and arched windows, the historic building offers both intimate areas for small gatherings and large spaces with soaring ceilings for full-scale events.

From casual luncheons and business meetings to galas and grand weddings, Hoosick Kitchen Catering’s kitchen-, bar-, and waitstaff can meet your needs. 

Hoosick Kitchen Catering supports these local farms and farmers: Beechwood Berry Farm, Running Brook Sugar Shack, Berle Farm, Moses Farm, HAYC3  Kids Community Garden, Maple Brook Farm, Brown's Brewing Co, Perry's Orchard, Harry's Honey House, Black River Produce, Cornell Farm, Thomas's Dairy, Stewart's Shops, Jermain Hill Farm, Hand Farm, and Crandalls Corners Farm.



Monday through Friday, service events of any size on site at the HAYC3 Armory, catered elsewhere, or make meals available for pickup.



For events hosted on Saturday and Sunday,  Hoosick Kitchen Catering can service events on site at the HAYC3 Armory catered elsewhere, or make meals available for pick-up. There is a minimum $500 charge for services provided on Saturdays and Sundays.

Christina LeStage White is the head chef with Hoosick Kitchen and Catering. Formerly with Spoonful Catering in Greenwich, NY, brings years of creative catering experience to the planning and execution of every event.
